Founded by Diana Trent, Know Buffalo grew from a simple belief: the right people and the right ideas can lead to something great. Diana’s background in networking, branding, marketing, photography, public relations, and event planning has given her a front-row seat to what happens when creative people learn from and support each other. She created Know Buffalo to make those opportunities easier to find and more enjoyable to explore.

The places where we gather are part of the experience. By hosting events at local businesses, we support the people behind those spaces and introduce our community to more of what Western New York has to offer. We’re always looking for creative businesses and spaces to showcase.

As Know Buffalo grows, we’re launching three networking programs: Like Minded, Creative Collaboration, and Networking with a Purpose. Each offers a different way to meet people and exchange ideas. Alongside them is RHYTHM, our signature one-on-one program for professionals ready to take control of their own marketing and social media.
