Built on centuries of Hofbräu brewing tradition, this Buffalo outpost pairs authentic German beer and food with the kind of Gemütlichkeit, warmth, music, and togetherness that makes strangers feel like friends by the end of the night.
Every bier is brewed in house according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, using just four ingredients and the original Hofbräu recipes. That means the lager in your stein is made here in Buffalo, but held to the same standards as the bier poured in Munich.
Long wooden tables, live music, and steins the size of your head set the tone, but it’s the people that make it special.
